Payment

All food and beverage pricing is subject to 5% GST and a 15% gratuity charge.

Alcohol Service is subject to 15% tax and a 15% gratuity.

A 10% down payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your date.

1 weeks notice of cancellation is required or the down payment is forfeited.

We accept cash, debit, credit cards, e-transfers and corporate cheques as payment.

At the time of booking you will be required to place a 10% down payment based on the estimated guest count. A final guaranteed guest count must be submitted 5 days prior to your event. An invoice will be generated on this amount and must be paid prior to your event.

Rental Fee of Clubhouse

A rental fee of $300 plus 5% GST is charged by the Sunnydale Golf Society.  This fee is waived if your event will be golfing prior to your meal service.

Place Settings, Decorating, and Setup

Standard china, flatware and glassware are provided for the confirmed guests. Any additional settings needed beyond the confirmed guest count will be subject to additional fees. Any additional decorating or special set up is the responsibility of the events organizer.

Meal Service & Service Time

Standard Menu pricing is based on a 2 hour service time, buffet style with carving stations and servers.

Bar Service

Any event requiring bar service outside of the normal hours of operation will be charged $25 / hour for bartending services, minimum 4 hours. If your event purchases over $500 in liquor, this fee will be waived. We highly recommend that there is a designated driver program set up for your event. Any guest deemed overly intoxicated will be immediately cut off from alcohol service and the event organizer will be notified.

No outside alcohol is permitted to be brought into the premises. This liquor law is strictly enforced by the BCLB.

How long we retain your data
